Went for the first time October 2017 just for my nails. I love the atmosphere. However, my nail tech was the worse!!! She pretended like she didn't understand how to speak English well. She just refused to listen to me while pulling the skin from around my nails! I will walk out if I'm given her again. Next week I will try Ty. I'm tying this place one more time.
Best day of my life! Couple's suite package with full body massage and lunch was excellent. I can't wait to go back.
I want to start off by saying that Debbie is amazing. She ALWAYS made my hair look flawless, and I I have been coming to RA since I was 13 (I'm 31 now!) Debbie gets five stars, but I have to let this spa know that they only get one. I have to say I got tired of paying the high prices that Robert Andrew demands. I’m in nursing school now, and have since found another salon in the crofton area that delivers without the hefty price tag. My advice to Robert Andrew: lower your prices (even for senior stylists!) on slow days and offer people that don’t want to drop $300 on their hair a chance to come in again. I think in our economy, people are willing to pay less for a service without the fancy atmosphere. It’s a shame Robert Andrew has to charge more just for a fountain and a huge facility.
Had a great stylist who left. Was given a new stylist who was an "advanced stylist" (Anie). She had no customer service skills. She was more focused on rushing through my wash and haircut so that she could move on to the next client. She was very rough when washing and blow drying my hair, it was as if she was angry. She quickly cut my hair and didn't even give me what I want when I asked her to add texture to the top - I knew at that point I just had to leave. Very disappointing.
I have had a Wonderful & Relaxing Day of Beauty at Robert Andrew Salon! The Salon is gorgeous and very private. They served my a delicious lunch. I got the best facial ever!
