This UPS store is a total rip-off. The fee for notary services in the State of Maryland is $4.00 by law. This store charges $6.00. When I complained they said the extra charge was for a "clerical fee"! I had plans printed before checking prices. This store charges more than double than the Odenton UPS and Millersville UPS stores. They are independently owned so they set their own prices.
I went to the UPS store after attempting to have an order filled by the Post Office, and Sam helped me out. He was friendly, attentive, and offered great customer service. Definitely coming back!
Beware of BS fees from this store! The one they just hit me with was $3 for "computer use 15min" because I emailed them a PDF to hit print on. Happy to pay for printing but I didn't rent their computer to do so, their employee opened the email and hit print in under 15 seconds. Of course they didn't tell me about it before printing it, I would have been happy to print it another way if they were honest.
Awesome store! The employees were so sweet and they worked quickly and did what i needed to be done. They were very helpful with giving me the information i needed with my difficult print job and many packages that need to be packed and shipped out, all of my packages got to their destination with nothing damaged on the date that they told me.
