(Some instructors are better than others - I like Erica H.)

The first three or so classes really suck. You have no idea what's going on, or what you're doing. After about three classes you'll get the swing of things. I hated the first class but kept going because the first week was free. After that I used their new client special and I really enjoy it now. If you've never done it before you might be really sore after the first few classes!

This is my favorite place to start my mornings! The instructors are amazing and the atmosphere is super positive. PBC is a great place for a total body workout and fun with ladies who lift each other up!

Cons: Expensive. Sometimes music is too loud.

Pros: Great workout. Fun. Time flies. Easy to commit to. I saw a lot of progress quickly.
