I took 7 shirts ($525 worth) to this place and when I went to pick them up the entire back of all the shirts were brown! Since this was nearly all my shirts the owner said "go by a shirt to wear tomorrow and I will pay you for it". He promised the shirts would be good the next day by 5pm. So I show up and the shirts are better but still brown. He said "they were like that when I brought them in". When I gave him the receipt for the shirt I bought he said I paid to much for the shirt and wouldn't give me the money. To beat that he wouldn't refund the dry cleaning bill!! I will never trust ZIPS!!!!
Seven of my husbands shirts were ruined by this cleaner and the owner said it was “not his problem”. Allegedly employees are asked to lie to customers. Witnessed and spoke to an employee to quit on the spot and left crying because of how they are treated.
Been coming here here for a few months. Quick and reliable for my very basic men's clothing needs. But recently got shirts back and they had found a $5 bill in a shirt pocket. It was nicely stapled to my receipt. I feel like it would be easy to pocket a quick $5 but instead they had the integrity to return it to me. So in this case $5 = 5 stars.
I've used them since I moved to the area because of their convenience of location and same day turn around. Poor customer service and poor quality of workmanship is finally going to force me to find somewhere else. A few of the ladies on the counters are nice, however , the overwhelming majority of their staff is incompetent and could care less about actually helping you.

To the best possible choice avoid this place. for the last time i have asked them re-do 3 times, and they give me the same clothes without any work on it. I was pissed of and didn't ask for another time, and just came out with no options, but to do myself at home. Avoid these idiots as much as possible, unless u wanna waste time, gas & money.
A day later I write this review and get a reply to contact them so they can put me in touch with the owner. I was dealing with the owner the whole time.... what a garbage system. Auto reply to make it seem like they want to resolve issues. 0 stars!
