It's an affordable pizza place. It's good for what it is.
sad. I came in to dine In one night and saw everyone about 6 people including a manager just talking and laughing and then out comes my waitress out of the kitchen sat me and took my order. She came back with the pizza and took care of me extremly well. Probally the best waitress. She went back to busting the tables vacumming the floor and wiping off the tables and later found out she actually cooked my food too on top of answering the phones. Really shocked me that she was still polite and charming as can be. I just wonder where the management is here. How can one person do everyone's job while the rest just sit there and talk....the pizza as delicious. Perfectly cut and made to perfection. I give the store 1 star but my waitress gets 5 plus 1. The manager "Marcus" is horrible. Ignores customer calls, disrespectful to his employees in front of customers. I sit there and eat and can hear him yelling in the back. Very unprofessinal. Refuse to purchase if he is the manager at the time.
Love Pizza Hut! The kids especially love it as it is inviting for them, the ambiance is comfortable and they cater to kids. Sometimes the service is slow, depends on if you get the new guy who also has to clean the bathrooms, but that also makes it entertaining. I will say this is one of the better Pizza Huts around the area. We went to one Pizza Hut where we stood, waiting to place an order for almost 20 minutes, they served several people who came in *after* us, so we ended up leaving. That has never happened to us at the Crofton Pizza Hut. They act as if they actually like having you there!
