I have been using this storage facility for 6+ years and every experience i have had with them has been great. One in particular was super amazing yesterday. Thank you sooooo much Alex for you kindness and help. You were there and able to help me at the very moment i needed you. My day would have been a much more difficult and time consuming event if you had not stepped up and assisted. I would recommend this place to everyone. Clean, friendly, and affordable. 5+☆s

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. The people who work here are a JOKE. My storage locker lock has been broken for the last 2 months and I told the stuttering prick behind the counter and he couldn't care less. He comes out to bark at my mother about the ladies who are confused about the gate code and tells us to sit out front. My mother just broke her foot, and I just had surgery the other day. I can't harass each person coming up to the gate, so I do not know why I'm sitting up here. My mom has had this storage locker for the past 2 months to help with an organization and this man has done nothing but make it hard for her and I actually had to come with her today and see this for myself. He came out twice to our locker to complain about people asking him questions. Do your job and just let them know. Pathetic and rude.
