One of the worst experiences I've had at a Dunkin Donuts. I typically like the Dunkin Donuts chain, but this restaurant made me reconsider. Spent 10 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered a large iced coffee with Heath flavoring and cream/sugar. Finally get up to the window. Confirmed with the lady that it specifically had Heath and cream/sugar. Drove away, and there was NO flavoring and NO cream/sugar, after the lady working the drive thru specifically said there was. It was basically plain coffee with ice. It looked dark, but I figured that was the Heath flavoring. Very disappointed. And I didn't get a receipt either, because the machine "was broken". I would've turned around and gotten a refund but I was traveling from out of state. Also reached out to corporate on Twitter to try to get a refund but have gotten no response. Consider other coffee/breakfast options before going here.
Been to this place twice and both times drive thru order was horrible, i order french vanilla iced coffee extra light extra sweet, i get no vanilla each time and nothing but sugar at the bottom, nice people but not good service
When they first opened their service wasn't great. It is now much improved.
Staff is friendly, helpful snd patient.
The pricing is always different and they're always out of everything.
