Normal Panera food - pretty well run - reasonable wait times.
Typical Panera bread. A bunch of young kids running the place and almost felt like they couldn't get out of their own way. Seemed like an even more complicated version of the Breakfast Club trying to figure out how to run a chain restaurant. Food was fine, though.
Let me start this review by saying, I love Panera! I have been to this location three times in the past year and every time I have gone I have been waited on by the same person. Each time she has forgotten to hand me my bakery items, or drink cups, or failed to get my order completely right and when the issues are brought to her attention she never apologizes and gives you a major attitude. I am willing to look past it once or twice, but three times and it seems to be a pattern. In addition to this, that same person also talks loudly about other members of the Panera team in front of guests, rolls her eyes, and seems to have a posse of friends who work with her and they all try to out attitude each other with customers. I also heard the male manager at this location belittling people behind the food prep area, so I suppose I can see why an employee with a major attitude problem would be the least of their concerns. I gave this location at least two stars because the food is still good, but I will go out of my way to avoid this particular location!
