So far so good. We had a good experience. The staff at the Gambrills location was helpful and very nice. As a veteran it was nice to deal with the military veterans and family members of veterans that work there. We received more than we asked for our trade in and received a wonderful overview of our motor home. The trainer was even kind enough his personal camping checklists, based on his years of experience and the staff was very helpful with the many questions I had after getting the RV home. It made things easy as a beginner.
My wife and I recently purchased a new Georgetown G5 Motorhome from them. We had a fantastic sales team of Tim, Rodney and Mike. They gave us a deal that we could not believe. We spent over two hours after the sale reviewing and learning how to use it. Then Tim took us for a 30+ minute test drive and educating us how to drive it. Rodney did what we thought was the impossible getting us a financing that meet with our needs and budget. My wife and I highly recommend them for your RV needs.
I purchased a class C from the Gambrills location. Everything went smoothly at the dealer. A special thanks to Mike the manager for a great deal. Rodney in the finance department got me a great rate, lower than I thought I could get. Kevin the service manager made sure everything was done when I picked it up. Overall a fantastic buying experience.
Just on Sales experience would have given it four stars. Now when it comes to service. they don't care once they already have your money. Had to wait two and a half months to drop it off. Kept it for 6 weeks said they would call me when Parts arrived. Here it is 8 months later, no calls from chesco. I made several phone calls & store visits. Still no parts. This is how they treat somebody that just spent $90,000 there. I waited about one year to do my review on this dealer to see if anything has gotten better. Still waiting on a call back to this day.
I had an amazing buying experience with them. The sales person Marc and financial manager Rodney were extremely helpful, very polite and friendly through the whole process. They stayed with me after their close of business hours to make sure everything went smoothly. Marc even went with me to the U-haul to pick up the tow dolly and helped me load my car onto it. The demo of everything was also very helpful. Marc even checked on me after I left to make sure I made it home okay. I highly recommend this dealership for all your RV needs and I will definitely be going back.
