My husband and I had been searching for a Keystone Alpine Fifth Wheel with no luck....until we found one at Leo's Vacation Center. I sent an email asking for information about it and Mike Short answered my note. Mike made the sales process as smooth as can be, and the Leo's finance team did a terrific job as well. Our walk-through was handled very thoroughly and the folks in the parts center could not have been nicer. We will definitely be Leo's Vacation Center customers for life!
Our experience at Leo's Vacation Center was very positive. All employees are courteous and very knowledgeable on recreational vehicles. Matt Foxcroft was truly a joy to work with, his expertise and friendly nature made our experience unforgettable. As recently as last week we were camping and called Leo's service department for some advise with an issue we were having and they provided some very useful information to help us alleviate our issue. There assistance before, during and after our purchase of our travel trailer has been exemplary.
Mike our sales consultant was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with him. He was very patient with us through this long process. He always knew who we were and what we were looking for even at travel shows. We never felt like just another number. It took almost 2 years to find the perfect travel trailer, his patience and quick responses to emails and phone calls is one of the reasons we chose Leo's.
I have to be honest and wasn't a fan of the finance part.. there was a big miss understanding there. They did work with us to get paper work straight, and we are all set, but the GM needs to be less aggressive with people.
We love our trailer and took our first of many trips in November.
Buying a Travel Trailer at Leo’s RV was a breeze. I stopped in several times to find the perfect one for me and NEVER felt pressure to buy. Matt, my sales person, gave me his honest opinion on the RVs that I looked at which I greatly appreciated. Each and every time I stopped by Matt was available to show me what I wanted to see and never got frustrated with my repeat visits! Once I decided on a Sonic Lite Matt walked me through the entire procedure to include trading in my A Liner A frame pop up. The entire deal was done over the phone as Matt and I text back and forth. Once the deal was agreed upon we set up a date to complete the deal. I took my trade in to Leo’s and picked up my new Travel Trailer with ease. Leo’s did the paperwork ahead of time so all I had to do is sign. They even gave me a thorough walk through explaining everything on my new RV which they “Winterized” for me at no extra charge. I Highly recommend Leo’s RV for First time buyers as well as the seasoned RV owners. They make it extremely easy to shop, buy and offer a warranty forever!!!
John the technician that did our walk through was very helpful he went through everything we needed to know and offered helpful tips for our travels. He even took the time to help us in the accessory store. Overall our experience has been excellent.
I give a 5 star for our sales guy Matt... he gave us "alone time" to discuss things without feeling awkward. He didn't try and take us out of our financial zone we had set. They had a good selection for what we were looking for. This is our first camper.. have only been in a tent.. now we have a wonderful camper and can't wait to take it out. The walk around and hook up to my truck was awesome too. I had a blown fuse on my truck and they got me taken care of right there...
The only hiccup we've had was a converter going up shortly after we got home. We called and they sent someone out right away and took care of it.
