I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. But speaking for myself, I have been going here for quite awhile with my full custom 83 Cadillac. These are literally the ONLY people in the area I would trust with my car. I come here so much I even decided to put tint boss stickers on my side Windows. The owner is very reasonable, and does quality work.They cut the film by hand and I still had never had to come back for bubbles or anything of that nature, and any car guy knows, it takes a lot of skill and talent to cut those lines just right. I refer everyone I run into who is looking for tint, directly to these guys.
Excellent service. This was my 4th vehicle being done by Rick. He's the man. Professional and takes pride in his work. There is no other place to go but here. I highly recommend this business.
My experience here was AWESOME! I've brought both my car and truck here to get tinted and purchased rims. The staff and service is very professional, they got me in and out. I was happy that I was referred here, I got everything I needed at one shop. Though I live 30mins away, it was worth the drive. Thanks TintBoss Customs
WOW, this place is terrible! I called for a price quote for a 4 door car tint and he gave me a set price. I asked what kind of window film they used and he sarcastically asked, "What do you know about car tints?" I had been calling around the area all day for quotes and received different quotes for different brands. He said they carried 3M. So I asked for quotes on different 3M films and he rudely hung up on me. Definitely would NOT recommend doing business here. This is not how you acquire new customers.
Had my windows tinted here right before my vacation. Went in to ask how much and they said $180.00 so I said ok, and pulled out my debit card, he says cash only for tint work. I should have known right then not to do it but I did. I regret it everyday I look out the back window of my car. I called the owner right when I noticed the problem and he said to bring it back up and he will fix it. So I took the day off from work to have them fix it, and I got there at 11:00am when they opened. First employee showed up a little after 11:00am, and says tint guy is on his way. He gets there, looks at it and says I am free right now but you'll have to call to make an appointment. Standing there confused as to why I have to call when gentlemen just told me he could do right now. So I called the number from inside the shop, and the owner says we don't fix windows on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. So I said you should put that on your sign that says cash only. He's response was man fix it yourself and get the hell out of my shop. That's why it's cash only, you can't get your money back they don't have any money at the shop. You can't dispute it with CC company or your bank. Please spread the word through out Crofton this shop is a scam. Look they only take cash to avoid paying taxes and so you can't dispute it with your cc company. Stay away don't go in there, owner was a complete jerk on the phone he was yelling profanities at me on the phone while two of his guys just stood in the shop. They could have been half way done with my car that they messed up to begin with. It's not a one star review, it's a zero star review.
