My wife and I went into the store yesterday to upgrade our phones and had a great experience with the sales rep (Perry). We received assistance as soon as we walked in. He took the time to explain the features of the phone and to make sure all of our information was transferred from our old phones to the new upgraded phones. Excellent store experience.

Laughable. I switched to Sprint in early September (I'm writing this on October 25th). I'm still in the process of fixing the various issues I had, all of which were directly caused by employees at this store. First, they ordered the incorrect phones. After pointing this out, they said they would re-order the phones -- no problem, a simple mistake. However, right after the conversation to order the correct phones, our current phones were shut off. The Sprint employee decided to go ahead and port our numbers over to Sprint on phones we did not order or want. I drove to the store, and they gave me the incorrect phones as "temporary" phones. During this trip, the sales person that I dealt with initially was made out to sound incompetent and someone that messes up a lot by the employee working that evening (this becomes important later) A week or so later, I received a call that the correct phones had arrived. I went to the store again, only to find that the phones were set up incorrectly and the numbers were not tied to the correct phones (my number on the phone my wife ordered, her number on the one I ordered). I would like to point out at this time that the only two employees in the store were the original sales person (who her fellow employees deem to be incompetent, and a completely new person). I didn't have time to wait for them to fix the issue with the phones in the store, so I asked if I could just go ahead and keep the temporary phones. The employee said yes and after about 45 minutes of waiting for receipts to print and several calls to the store manager I thought this was all resolved. Fast forward about a week and there are charges totaling ~$1000 on my account. I spoke to Sprint and was told I needed a return kit for the devices that I didn't take from the store in order to have them shipped back. I received these kits and took them to the Sprint store in early October. This issue has still not been resolved. I am now working with Sprint in order to rectify the mess caused by the employees from this store. Save yourself from time and go to a corporate store.

This was one of the best experiences that I have had in a while, Kaya addressed all of my questions in a professional manner and took the extra time to ensure I understood the new way that Sprint does their contracts/lease program. She was very patient and helpfull, I will use this store over the one closer to my house from now on. Thank you!

I've been going to this Sprint Store since they opened two years ago or so. No complaints whatsoever. I was in on a Friday afternoon to upgrade my phone and was greeted with a friendly hello as I came in the door. All of the different options were explained by Sydney (I hope I spelled that right) and I was satisfied with my choice of phone. Sydney was very personable and knowledgeable. It didn't take as long as I thought it would so that was a bonus. I recommend this Sprint Store to anyone. I guess my only complaint would be for the reps working by the front door. They need some blinds for those windows. The sun was blinding and it was very warm up there. To whom it may concern, get those poor reps some window blinds.

Terrible! My husband and I just came to this sprint store a little over a week ago after changing from my previous wireless carrier to sprint and I'm already disappointed. Selena gave us a quote on what our new bill would be if we upgraded our phones but all of the information was wrong after speaking with customer care about what the bill actually was and how somebody entered our information with the trade in of our phone for the free iPhone 7 was not credited properly. She practically begged us to write a good review for her to get 50% off of the case which would have been fine if we received the correct information. No wonder people are hesitant about choosing sprint as their wireless carrier. It's all lies. Thinking about turning my phone in after only having it for one week! Be careful what you read on here some of the associates will bribe you into writing good reviews for them that they probably don't deserve because they lied and scammed you with promotions!!
