WHAT A AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
This location is great! I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for a few years and this location is closest to me. I haven’t had the best experiences in the past, but today I got the best service! I realized there’s a lot of new staff here. Dezire greeted me as soon as I walked in, and helped me upgrade to the iPhone X. They also had a deal going on so I ended up getting an Apple Watch, which I hadn’t planned on getting at all. I’m not tech savvy so she helped me transfer all my information. I also walked out with a case, screen protector, and speaker. I didn’t even have to pay for any of them today and she broke down what my cost will be monthly for everything. I was in and out of the store quicker than ever before.
I came into this store on 12/08/2017, I typically avoid going into a phone store, but I must say this has been a pleasant experience. I came in because I had an old galaxy phone and it was time to upgrade. When I came in I was immediately greeted by Karen and Dezire both very friendly. I told them my situation and they upgraded me to the galaxy S8 and they even got me hooked up with a FREE TABLET -- how cool!! I also got to pick out some awesome accessories!!
Annie Hall and the team was the best customer service I’ve received in a while. I originally had sprint and they were awful and every question I had Annie helped. love love love
Came into the store and management was very polite and helpful. Store manager was very nice and professional, and the other employee! Her name was Shamari and customer service was amazing. My new Home Store!!!!!!!!!!!
This is by far THE BEST T-Mobile I have visited!
I was at this store yesterday afternoon 12/14/17 I had to pick up my new iPhone and i soon as the girl ask my if I would like to upgrade and i said not at this time thanks, she had the worst attitude and the worst customer service, she started texting on her phone all the time I was there, she could or didn’t want to help me to download my iCloud to my phone, the excuse she give me was this; our WiFi is NOT strong enough to download iCloud. I was really surprised how can a T-Mobile store won’t have a strong WiFi. And then end I could see how boring she was. She said to me, go home and download with your WiFi.
After reading the older reviews, I found out they have a whole new staff that is very friendly and willing to help!
