They have a consistent group of hair cutters and have hired several new ones that actually pay attention to detail. Would recommend Fran, Sarah, Farah, and Shelly. The remodeling makes the place look fantastic

The hair cuts are fine, but I had to wait 2 hours EVEN THOUGH I MADE AN APPOINTMENT which made me a very unhappy camper. The second time the same thing would have happened had I not asserted myself (they forgot about me). Definitely would not return if it wasn't so cheap.
I have to say- I never do bad reviews.. I am not even sure if I can name one. But I left that place sad vs feeling good about myself. After being happy to wait 20min for my deep condition and blow dry I was put back by the person doing my hair. She introduced herself and immediately told me she did not have time to blow dry my hair straight and I should have requested that when I checked in. When I told her I did she then put conditioner on my hair and left me under the dryer. When she came back to get me she kept telling me how horrible/ broken my hair was and was showing all that was falling out in the brush. Then started to blow dry the bottom and I could tell she was pressed on time and explained to me the damage she was causing and extra cost this was going to cost me. I am pretty good at reading people and could tell she simple did not want to do it. I asked her to just stop and would leave with a wet head. When she checked me out she told me my request was correct. I asked her why did she tell me it was not when we first met ....she could not answer. I am confused on why she would select me if she did not have time for the request. I left with soaking wet hair in 40 degrees. I am sure this does not reflect the hard working people I saw around me. It just kinda sucks leaving from a hair appointment cold and bummed about your terrible hair.
