This is the worst Ulta I have been to. The customer service was horrible. I walked into the store and was never greeted or asked if I needed help. There were many employees just standing around the store. I went to the brow bar and asked if she had time for a walk-in (mind you she is also just standing around). She has an instantaneous attitude with me stating ulta doesn't do walk-ins (which is untrue) and that if I wanted an appointment I needed to call. She picked up her appointment book, said she was "too busy to deal with me", and walked away. Needless to say I went to another Ulta. Ulta in Annapolis was so much better and Cari made time to fit me in. She was super nice and professional.
worst customer experience ever. she will never get a hair cut from this place. Terrible service this was her first and last.
I was greeted at the door. During my shopping I was asked several times if I need help, or if I was finding what I needed. I also inquired about setting an appointment for the salon. I was lead back to the technician whom was very nice and set my appointment. This sunday will be my first time getting my hair done at ulta. Wish me luck! So far customer service has been wonderful.
This Ulta is extremely slow in customer service. If you have some place to go and you need to get there in a hurry DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They are talking to each other more than taking care of their customers. I recommend going to the Ulta in Annapolis. It is better there.
My wife went and the stylist washed her in preparation to cut it. She helped othee customer while my wife sat in the chair with wet hair for an hour waiting for her return. She finally returned and did not apologize and then got started and she paused 3 other time with 5 min waits in between.
Makeup, what's not to love? Very clean and well stocked. I wasn't offered any help, but I didn't want any help either so perhaps they picked up on that. When I asked questions about their return policy, she was happy to explain it to me and I'm happy I can return makeup if it's the wrong color even if I've opened it!
