For the last month, I have attempted to contact someone to rent their banquet hall and was referred to Val . I was given her email address and sent her several emails, to no avail. I was then referred to Matt, who called me about 2 weeks later and promised to email me a contract. When my fiance attempted to call for answers and was connected to Matt, Matt hung up on him, and refused to answer the phone, thereafter. After repeated efforts and 6 weeks later, I have decided to no longer pursue this location. I would NOT recommend the Bowie Elks Lodge for any reason as they are rude, disrespectful and lack any level of quality customer service! It's a shame that a decent place has such poor, classless people managing the facility and who ultimately don't care one way or another. They don't even deserve 1 star!
