I highly recommend the Mattress Warehouse store to everyone. I needed a mattress set that was affordable, and that provided support and comfort as well. Robyn helped me find what I needed. I was impressed with her knowledge of the store inventory. Now, I am so happy with my mattress set. I went back to the store recently to purchased a mattress for my college student. The saleswoman I worked with had been with the company for a long time. She was very good, not pushy and very knowledgeable. I could not say the same for the delivery people. Although I was very happy that they arrived very early inn the delivery window, they were not at all personable and quite difficult to understand. Be sure to not let them rush you when signing a document saying everything was fine. They don't provide any information, and are in a big hurry. I realize they are not with Mattress Warehouse, but they are still a part of the overall experience.
Pete was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as I walked in the door he was super friendly and very patient as I tried out all the beds. He is a very nice and wonderful salesperson and not pushy at all. He made a very hard decision easy for me to make. I recommend that everyone see him for any mattress needs.
Outstanding service provided by Mattress Warehouse of Gambrills. On short notice we needed to buy a mattress and have 3 bedding items removed. We got an excellent price on the purchased item and sales rep Phil assured us that for a small fee Mattress Warehouse would remove the three items. We received a confirming e-mail of the delivery window and the delivery guys actually showed up a little early and delivered the new mattress and removed the three items without any issues and the items were on the 4th floor with no elevator!
