I really enjoy dealing with the people here at Extra Space Storage, they are very accommodating and really try to satisfy you as a customer. Shawn was very helpful, helping me get my storage unit on Labor Day as my previous place ended up being closed. We had our help already lined up to help us unload, Shawn took very good care of us. All the employees are most helpful!!
Cindy and Shawn in the office are incredibly nice & helpful. They are more like friends and family. Always a smile, kind words, & willing to go out of their way to help—they even called other locations to help me find the kind of boxes I needed. The facility is spotlessly clean & always well taken care of. If you need extra storage you can’t find a better place in the area.
Cindy is super nice and treated us like family even though we had only just met. I had forgotten my license when I went to look at the unit and she assured me it would be there when I went back to complete the application. I got sick a good vibe from Cindy and after reading the reviews I am confident that I chose the right place!

I’ve been here several years. I’ve started to change several times but when I visit another storage place they seem dirty and grouchy compared to Cindy at Extra Space Gambrills. Since I’ve gotten to know Sean also I feel like it’s Home. It shouldn’t matter but it really does. I keep some work stuff here. Being eager to go here and happy when I leave makes my days so much smoother.
