Everything was fantastic. Had the cowboy and the sunset boulevard rolls. Delicious. Ambiance is very romantic on the sushi side of the house so if you bring a date, it's fantastic and the jazz is definitely smooth.
The place has just gone down hill. Food was great but what you order is not what you get. The menu shows one picture but what you get is different. For instance, we ordered the spicy salmon appetizer with black (lumpfish) caviar and got red flying fish roe instead. We ordered a lobster tuna appetizer and got three pieces instead of the four shown in the picture. Also, first time I've ever been charged for shrimp heads with the sweet shrimp.
Best place around. The food is delicious, great sushi, great hibachi, great drinks and desserts. The staff is fantastic and will go out of their way to ensure you are having a great time and enjoying your food. One of my top 5 favorite restaurants on the planet! Highly recommended.

Lots of fun! The food is very good! The chef that cooks your food in front of you on the grill was fantastic. & the waitress was right on point for refills or anything else you need.
THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!!! I will never eat here again!!! They did not tell us that we would have to wait until the grill area was full before the Chef would begin to prepare our food. We waited 45 minutes!!! We asked the server and she told us that they have to wait until at least 6 people were seated around the grill. So I requested to speak to the manager. She tells me that thy have to wait until the grill warms up before they can begin. Totally different from what the server said. While all this is going another patron at our grill station finds hair in her food!!! I also notice another couple at another grill station alone and a chef is preparing their food. I bring this to the attention of the manager she again gives the weak explanation of why we had to wait and offers 10% discount which we think is unacceptable!!! The manager begins to talk overtop of me as if she is dismissing me. I told her that her customer service was horrible and that she shouldn't be a manager at all. I was livid!! The manager stormed off giving us a 20% discount. I WILL NEVER DINE AT FUJI AGAIN!!! WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
