Good service. Host was nice. Bad food. Steak cooked incorrectly. Cheeseburger arrived with no cheese or flavor. Kids food arrived way too hot. Only good thing is the blooming onion. Steak tasted weird. Got takeout from there, extremely slow service. Was given a coupon but after arriving home and looking at it I noticed it was for a different Outback AND expired. :/ #fail
I had low expectations based on typically awful experiences at the Bowie outback, but this was the best Outback experience I’ve had anywhere. The host, server, and even random employees were incredibly polite and thoughtful. The food was perfect. I couldn’t be happier to have this new addition in the neighborhood.
Every year for the past 25 yrs we do out back for our family Christmas eve dinner. This year we had a new outback closer to us. Service slow,attention to details for ordering,cool food, had to ask for every thing from more water to wine, on the bar side joint not lined up so when I slid a drink that direction

The service started off great. The waitress come over and greeted us as usual, but throughout the evening she become very distant. If it wasn’t for the Manager - Michelle, our night would have been ruined. Michelle quickly stepped in; refilling drinking and responding to our every request with a sudden swiftness.
So I just tried the new location in Gambrills. It was great. The waitress was nice and polite. Erica one of the waitresses' there was extremely nice. We had a nice conversation before leaving. I hope everyone enjoy this location as much as I did. It is opening day but I hope the hospitality does not fade with time. An added plus was the bathroom was super clean which I absolutely loved. Thumbs up Gambrills location! !!!
