My husband and I decided to try a new breakfast place this morning and I’m glad we chose Grumps. I had the brotherly love omelette with a side of bacon, potatoes, and grits. I ate every last drop except the biscuit and that’s only because I was beyond stuffed. I would highly recommend Grumps to anyone!! I would’ve posted a picture but I was too hungry to take one.
What it did right this trip atmosphere, all the employees wear pajama pants. Lots of fun things on the wall, not to busy when we showed up but it was getting busier so come early. I'll give it another try soon, looks like pancakes and waffles are the thing to get...

A great place for an early breakfast. A small local place with a friendly atmosphere. The breasfast food was excellent and so was the coffee.
Second time eating here and have not been disappointed. The atmosphere is very laid back and the staff is friendly. Had the good old cheesie omelet with lump crab cake and now I have tried the sabaroso omelet with jalapeno bacon. They serve breakfast all day now it time for me to check out their dinner menu.
So, gripes: Gluten free options are limited, but there's nothing wrong with eggs and bacon. Got a corned beef hash cheese omelette that was more a folded corned beef hash scramble with cheese in the middle. Grits were instant, but at least made right. Overall, food was tasty but a little lackluster.
