This McDonald's on Route 3 is the best. Clean, great employees, quick service and food is always hot and fresh. Puts the McDonald's on Route 197 in Bowie to shame. All new McDonald employees should be trained here first and then sent to their assignment afterwards. I love coming in here.
Nice people, but not intelligent by any stretch of the imagination. Missed the straws, missed all 3 of the requested sauces and all 3 burgers were requested with no onions and no pickles, and all 3 had pickles and onions. Seriously???? I can see 1 mistake, maybe 2, but 3 while they weren't even busy is ridiculous. 2 stars is generous.
Very fast service. SOMETIMES the lobby could be a little kept. Tables and floors. Very polite and efficient managers. They do not let the employees slack off.
