I recently purchased a new bike from Crofton Honda. My Salesperson Josh was helpful and did pretty much everything I asked of him to facilitate the deal. He wasn't pushy at all and he made time to answer all of my endless questions. I plan on future purchases from this store and I will definitely be asking for Josh again. The store was clean and the selection of bikes was awesome. I'm very happy I chose to drive the 30 minutes to come see them instead of Pete's cycle down the street from me.
Despite causing me to drive 2 hours extra because of a mistake that was made on an order.. the service here is quick and friendly. The management cares about the customers and if there is a mistake made they do work to make it better. Consumers just can't be cry babies and expect unreal accommodations if a minor mistake is made. FYI..... Honda has always been faithful and reliable to me! Keep it up!
I went in to the dealership to do some preliminary research on financing options (info not available online) i spoke with Josh. Very polite. Not pushy but very friendly. Also, very knowledgeable, as in he was able to answer all of my questions without having to make any phone calls. Since he answered every one of my questions, i let him run the numbers by the bank. He got me financed at a rate no higher than i asked for. For the term I preferred and at a monthly premium far less than first preferred! I'm very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this particular salesman should you be in the market for a new motorcycle!!! Plus, i love this new 2017 Africa Twin. Priceless!!!
I love my new Rebel 2017! This has got to be the friendliest, most helpful dealer out there. Eric was our sales manager. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very patient when we went on a test ride. No pressure to buy, but always available to answer questions or concerns. Everyone in the showroom went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Josh did a great job orienting me to my new bike. I would definitely recommend this dealer and plan to have all of my service done there.
