Turning a negative into a positive... After someone hit me downtown, i was nervous about the entire process of getting my truck fixed. The individuals working in the Enterprise & Geico sections of this business are absolutely amazing! Bryan, the Geico representative, took the time to explain each repair they needed to make to my vehicle. He put it in terms I could fully understand, and I am so appreciative of that. Shakeiya, the Enterprise representative, was so sweet! In a world where everyone can be cold, it was refreshing to have a talk with someone who i felt was genuine. Thank you guys, for turning what once was a negative into a positive experience.
Absolutely amazing. I had been rearended on the BW and sustained a good bit of damage. They are geico approved and close to home so we towed there. I was quoted 2weeks for repairs and had my car back even sooner. They worked on her over the weekend and answered all my questions. Enterprise has a rental desk right there and had me set with a car that I got to return there also.
Great work, attention to detail and willingness to make proper repairs. My car was taken here for front end damage sustained during a snow storm.
I even received regular status updates and photos throughout the time my car was there.
