1. Bun is too soft, I love when it is crunchy and theirs miss that and too soft and small for their burgers
3. Door knob in bathroom is not functioning, couldn't lock it while using
2. Wish their french fries were not so oily and crunchy as well.
I give them 5 stars because they are trying it. The quality of burgers above the regular McDonald's , there is no doubt. But I wish few things were a little different.
Awesome burgers and fries. I don't know what other people are talking about, the fries here are fantastic and you can taste how fresh they are. Will definitely be coming back!
Great milkshakes, but I don't know how you manage to make a cheeseburger taste like tap water. Maybe it was just the cooks that day, but a restaurant should have consistency to begin with.

We enjoyed our first Elevation Burger experience. The BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger was great as we're the fries cooked in olive oil. Excellent chocolate REAL ICE CREAM milkshake as well.
